True Independence

I did a lot of driving and got to watch t.v. with Grandma and Grandpa!

Here I am trying to say "Puerto Rico" with my new magic t-shirt that mom and dad brought back for me. In the sunlight lots of pink ladybugs make a heart on my shirt.

Last week mommy and daddy left me for 8 whole days. I didn't mind, though. I had a ball with Grandma, Grandpa and all the other friends and family I got to spend time with. Each morning Grandpa got me up and let me read books with him on his lap while he drank his coffee. They took me to play at Kidsworld and let me ride in my car every day. Grandpa did not let me push it out into the street, though, and I let him know I was not happy about that. Mom and dad called each day, but I didn't even talk to them cause I was too busy entertaining my company.

I know they must have been miserable without me for an entire week, but don't tell them, I hardly even noticed they were gone!
