Park Play

I think I've mentioned how much I enjoy playing at the park. Well, there's only one thing better than Mom taking me to the park -- that's taking me along with 3 of my best friends for 3 whole hours. I think the moms started enjoying the fact that we kids were all entertaining each other so that they could have "girl talk" as adults. We didn't mind -- we just hoped they wouldn't glance down at the time that had quickly slipped by. Before they knew it, it was past lunch time and we had been at the park for nearly 3 hours! I felt a little guilty for not telling mom sooner, so I put my shoes on and hurried to the car as soon as she said it was time to go -- no stalling or back-talking today. I want to make sure Mom brings me back for another 3-hour play date at the park!

Then we all rode across the river on a boat -- Macey cheered us on!
